This Fair Use Policy (“FUP”) ensures that all customers can enjoy stable, reliable, and high‑performance services without disruption caused by excessive or abusive usage.

Customers are expected to use resources responsibly and avoid actions that negatively impact network stability, performance, or other customers.

To maintain service quality, the following may be subject to fair use thresholds:

• CPU and RAM usage
• Network bandwidth and packet rate
• Disk I/O and storage operations
• API or panel request frequency

Excessive or abnormal usage that impacts service stability may result in:

• Temporary throttling
• Resource adjustments
• Service suspension (in severe cases)

The following activities violate this FUP:

• Running public VPN/proxy services
• Hosting stress‑testing or attack tools
• Unrestricted file hosting or mirroring
• Bypassing resource limits or monitoring

To ensure fair network performance, customers must avoid:

• High‑volume sustained traffic without justification
• Abnormal packet rates or bursts
• Traffic patterns resembling attacks

QuebecPanels may take action when fair use thresholds are exceeded, including warnings, throttling, or temporary suspension. Repeated violations may result in termination.
